Quality Assurance

With more than 10 years of experience in the designing and manufacturing of gas meters, our company provides customers with one-stop customization services. This includes design, raw material and component selection, equipment configuration, quality control, and much more. We employ teams of professionals dedicated to the research, development, and manufacturing of gas meters. Their rich experience ensures our gas meters operate with high precision, reliability, and with a wide measuring range.

Every part used in our diaphragm gas meter has been designed in-house. The characteristics of the key parts that directly impact the performance of the gas meter are strictly inspected and the results are recorded. Only after these parts are determined 100% qualified, they will be placed in storage.

During production, the gas meter and components will undergo various inspections and tests, including leakage detection, error stability tests, comprehensive performance tests, gas sensor tests, etc. A quality inspectors is assigned to each workshop and they ensure the gas meters are produced in strict accordance with the design plan.

All finished products will be inspected at three checkpoints of Qmax, 0.2Qmax, and Qmin. The inspection is carried out and managed by computer system. The inspection record is convenient to trace and analyze.

We employ a quality assurance officer whose main responsibility involves collecting all quality related information and analyzing it to address any found issues. Every year, we conduct a customer satisfaction survey so as to improve the quality of our products and services.
